How to Order
When you decide on what product(s) you want e-mail us the following:
- Ship to address (street address, not a P.O. Box) complete with city, state, and zip code
- Telephone number
- Fax number
- Product name and description
- Item number
- Quantity
- Color of the item
- Imprint color(s)
- Sizes (if applicable)
- For pens: fine or medium point cartridge and ink color
After we receive that information, we'll complete an order form and fax it to you, or if you
prefer, e-mail you a PDF file of the order form. When you receive the order form, verify that the information is correct, add your credit card info in the billing section, and then sign the
order form in two places authorizing production of the order. Fax it back to us and it's underway.
We look forward to working with you and we appreciate your business!

Artwork Requirements
We can accept your art files electronically. Please e-mail them along with your order.
Every factory we
work with is different, but most of the time, if you want to submit your artwork to us by e-mail, you can count on needing to send us a 200 dpi, vector art, .eps file. Please note: Most
factories also tend to prefer Adobe Illustrator created art.
Now most of the time, if you're like me, you don't have that type of file just laying around. It might, however, be
pretty easy to get your hands on a .jpg file, for instance.
We will be glad to work with you to convert your logo/art files to "camera ready" status from most any type file you have.
Our normal charge for this service is between $35-$45, depending on the complexity of the file, number of colors involved, etc.

Additional artwork thoughts if you are sending art for us to make "camera ready"...we accept the following file types:
- .ai
- .eps
- .psd
- .bmp
- .tiff
- .jpeg
- .gif
- .pct
Keep in mind that just because the art is e-mailed does not mean it is camera ready. The
majority of the above extensions are NOT camera ready. A good rule of thumb to remember is that if the image is pixilated, it is not camera ready. Also remember to convert all fonts to
outlines/curves.
The Art Department uses Adobe Illustrator 9.0 and Adobe Photoshop 5.0. All PC based. No Macintosh files.
